Welcome to Yoga Spa!
Suitable for beginners, pre/post-natal, and those looking for a gentle yoga experience. We will focus on gentle movement and release with some standing poses to gently work on strength and balance.
We will open class with a relaxed meditation and pranayama (gentle breathing exercises), warm our bodies up to encourage comfort and flexibility, and move through a gentle yoga sequence. To finish we will end in Savasana to start our day fresh and relaxed.
